About Us

The Classes are led by Robert Mann who is a fully qualified teacher with over thirty years experience as a senior teacher in education. He has trained within Buddhist, Mindfulness, Yogic, and Vedic traditions and has been teaching these techniques, full-time, to established groups in North London over the last ten years. Some practitioners have been working with Robert since the beginning as they have progressed in their practice. All groups are open and supportive of beginners.

Robert has led nineteen biannual weekend retreats at The Friars, an ancient monastery in the Kent countryside.

He is not aligned to any one tradition and prefers to teach a range of techniques and philosophies in the hope that the true essence that binds us all can be experienced in heart-felt joy and peace. In the modern world, so divided by religion and belief systems, what could be more important?
